Respected Madam,
With due respect and great pleasure, this is to bring to your kind attention that I, Shanu, student of class XII-A will not be able to come to school from 3rd December, 2022- 5th December, 2022 as I am suffering from chicken pox. It has already been 10 days and the situation still doesn’t seem to be in control. The rashes on the body have caused unbearable irritation and itching. I will try to complete my homework whatsoever possible and will prepare the lessons for the upcoming examinations. Hence, I request you to grant me leave for three days. I assure you that I shall be joining back soon in good health.
I will be obliged to you for accepting my leave application and letting me take proper rest to recover properly.
