Respected Madam,
With remorse, this is to bring to your attention that, I, Anamika Srivastava, student of class XI-A of your school, have got severe burns on my right cheek due to splashing of boiled oil while cooking. The doctor has treated the wound but has advised to stay within home for a week. My family is helping me to recover soon but it will take some time for the pain to stop and for the wound to heal itself. I, hereby request you to accept my leave application as I shall be absent from 22nd November, 2022- 28th November, 2022. I will keep on revising my lessons and complete my homework while resting at home. I assure you that I shall be joining back from 29th November, 2022 in good spirits.
