Subject:- An application for missing identity card.
Respected Sir,
I am Roopa Mehra, a student of 9th studying in your esteemed institution. I am writing this application to inform you that I have lost my identity card and I am unable to find it. I understand that the identity card is an important document and I need it for various purposes such as availing discounts and offers, taking part in various activities and events, and many more.
Therefore, I would be highly grateful if you could kindly issue me a new identity card. I am attaching a copy of my photograph and my student ID number with this application for your reference.
