Respected Sir,
I am Shivaang Dutta, a student of class 12th in your esteemed school. I am writing to you to request for a copy of the fee receipt for my last semester fees, as I have misplaced it. I had paid my semester fees in full for the 2nd on 26/03/2022, which included my tuition fees and other dues.
I have a bank statement that acts as a proof of payment, but I am unable to locate the original fee receipt. I am attaching a copy of the bank statement to this application for your reference. I would be grateful if you could provide me with a duplicate fee receipt for the same. Thank you for your consideration.
