Respected Sir,
I am writing this application to request you to issue me a transfer certificate. I am a student of class 10th studying in your esteemed school. My father has been transferred to another city and I have to move along with him. I have been a student of your school since the past five years and have been a part of many of the activities of the school.
I have won several awards in academic as well as in sports category. I have also been an active member of the student council for the past two years. I therefore request you to issue me a transfer certificate as soon as possible as I need to take admission in the new school at the earliest. I would be extremely thankful to you for this kind gesture.
