Subject:- An application for improvement exam.
Respected Sir,
I am Hanief Shakur, a student of your school studying in 11th. I am writing this application to request you to allow me to appear in the supplementary exam. I have not been able to perform well in my recent exams due to some unavoidable circumstances. I had some health issues which affected my studies and as a result, I could not give my hundred percent.
I understand that this is not the ideal situation and I failed to meet the expectations of the school, but I am ready to accept the consequences with an open heart. I request you to please consider my application and grant me an opportunity to appear in the supplementary exam and make up for my mistakes.
I am ready to put in extra effort and hard work to ensure that I secure good marks. I assure you that I will not repeat the same mistakes in the future. I look forward to your kind consideration and a favourable response.
