Ma’am,
With all due respect and honor I, Storm A, of class 10, Horizon Education Institute would like to state that my mother passed away 5 years ago and my father has recently been hospitalized. This has caused my family to be under a very tight budget. I am the oldest in my family with three younger siblings.
We are struggling to pay the hospital bills as well as the rent we are staying in. I am working part-time as well for my school fees. I would like to petition the school for a fee concession of 50%. I topped my class in the last examination. I assure you that I will continue to give the same effort and work hard with full sincerity and dedication as well.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me this leave for which I shall remain ever grateful.
