Subject:- An application for Bus Fee Cancellation
Respected Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully, I am writing this application to inform you that I had opted for Bus Service offered by our school because I had rented a room about 10 Km away from the school’s main campus. Now that I have changed the room, and now my room is only 500m away from the campus. I am in no need of bus service as I can come and go by foot to the school. Please allow me to cancel the Bus Service as I no longer need it. I would be highly obliged. I also have full faith in your sense of justice.
