Subject:- An application for absence due to fever
Respected Sir,
With all due respect, I am writing this application to tell you that after experiencing some unease, I have been diagnosed with fever. The doctor has prescribed some medicines and bedrest for one week. During the course of treatment I shall not be able to join the school for one week. Kindly take into cognizance my absence for one week.
