Most humbly and respectfully, I want to bring to your kind attention the fact that due to consistent health issues from the past five days, I am unable to attend school. The doctor has advised bed rest for about one week and has also recommended me to visit a reputed surgeon in Delhi (200 km away), which would in no case allow me to attend school. Please take notice of my absence from the school for one week. I assure you to join after full recovery.
