Subject – An application for absent in school due to headache
Respected Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully, I want to bring to your kind attention the fact that due to consistent headaches from the past two days, I am unable to attend school. The doctor has advised bed rest for about two days and has also recommended that I should not read continuously for more than 3 minutes as it would further cause a severe headache. Please take notice of my absence from the school for two days.
