I’m writing to you to let you know about the drainage system problems in our area. Currently, the drainage system is in such bad shape that everytime it rains, there is major water blocking in the neighborhood.

I’m writing to you now to inform you of the drainage problem in our neighborhood as it stands right now. If this issue is not resolved as quickly as feasible, the upcoming rainy season could result in significant damage. Not only that, but it may also cause congestion in the neighborhood.

I’m hoping you’ll treat this as urgent, and take the necessary steps to address the drainage issue in our neighborhood.
