I would like to introduce myself as Haripriya, daughter of Narayana Murthy , with the utmost respect and submission. My birth date was 19/06/2002 at Apollo Hospitals. My parents live at Magadi Road in Bengaluru.
My birth certificate was requested by the authorities when I recently sought for a passport. I cannot apply for a passport because I don’t have my birth certificate. I would appreciate it if you could give me a birth certificate as soon as possible in this regard.
As identification, I am including a copy of my school diploma and my ration card. You have my sincere gratitude.
