Respected Madam,
With utmost sincerity, this is to bring to your kind notice that I will be celebrating my roka ceremony on the 7th of July 2023.Roka is one of the most significant ceremonies that take place before a Punjabi wedding. The roka ceremony marks the union of both the bride and groom’s family and friends.
The event will begin by the auspicious ceremony followed by the delightful lunch. I have to see to all the preparations myself and make sure that the ceremony proceeds smoothly. Thus, I, hereby request you to grant me a leave on the above mentioned date. I will complete my target assigned for the day from home. I assure you that I shall be present on 30th December, 2022.
