Subject: Leave Application for Lohri Festival
Respected Madam,
Most humbly and respectfully, I want to bring to your kind notice the upcoming Lohri festival. The entire family has decided to celebrate this year’s Lohri with great zeal and enthusiasm trying to catch up on the moments we all have missed due to lockdown, where the only resort was to connect virtually.
This year my family has organized a small get together for all our relatives. Since it is my sister’s first Lohri after her marriage, it provides all the more reason to have a grand celebration. Thus, I, Manan, Associate Director, hereby request you to accept my leave application as I shall not be able to come to work from 13th January, 2023. I have already completed the targets assigned for the days when I will be on leave. I assure you that I will be joining back from 14th January, 2023.
I will be really grateful to you for accepting my leave application and letting me celebrate Lohri with family members.
