Subject – Application for the request of leave for daughter’s sickness
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for tomorrow i.e. 22-3-2022 because of my daughter of seven years, who is scheduled with an appointment with the doctor for her sickness. My daughter has been suffering from a severe cough and cold for the past three days. The medicine given to her is not improving her condition thereby we had to schedule her appointment with the doctor. My husband is currently out of town and there are no other family members to take care of my daughter. I would like to take leave for tomorrow to take her for a check-up and take care of her. I have assigned my duties to Miss Agnes for the current project we are working on.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
