Subject: Leave for Booster Dose
Respected Sir,
With due respect, this is to draw your attention to the fact that I, Mayank Sahni, Marketing Head, have an appointment to take my covid-19 booster dose on 28th November, 2022. It is necessary to take this dose as this would help me to get the immunity if the body has to fight covid disease. I am already immune with the first two doses and the doctor has now advised me to take the booster dose at the earliest possible. I hereby request you to grant me leave from 28th November, 2022- 30th November, 2022 for the vaccination and subsequent rest days, in case I catch fever. I have already completed the targets assigned for the days when I will be on leave. I assure you that I shall be present on 1st December, 2022 in good health.
