Most humbly, this is to bring to your kind notice that I, Samuel A, would like to apply for the post of a messenger at your Office, General Post Office. I have the required set of degrees needed for this job. I have done my high school at St. Joseph Academy and have an experience of 1 year in Canada.
I speak two languages; English and Hindi. I assure you that I will do a great job in uplifting the office’s name. I am strong-willed and determined. I am one to live by the clock and I promise to be always on time and do all my duties regularly.
I am aware that my job will require me to securely deliver packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to the intended location or recipient in a timely manner and manage incoming mail so that it is opened, sorted, and distributed in a professional and timely manner.
More towards that I am well aware that I have to be organised and well manned as I deal with all customers. I am confident in myself for possessing good time-management skills, and great interpersonal and communication skills. I am willing to be sincere to partake in all the work handed to me and I assure you that I would not do anything that would cause any harm to the office’s name.
