Subject: Application to hostel warden for fan repairing
Respected sir,
Respectfully, my name is Darshan Aditya, and I am a student in class BA III with roll number XXX.
I’m writing to let you know that the fans in our class are in very bad shape. Out of the 8 fans we have, 4 have been entirely inoperative for the past five days.
I have notified the class teacher and school administration as required, yet the issue still exists. We have been periodically writing letters, but so far we have not received a response or a fix for our issue.
Without any fans in the classroom, it is incredibly challenging to focus on your studies.
I politely ask that you arrange for the fans to be changed or repaired as soon as possible.
