Subject– Application for remission of delay fine
Ma’am,
With all due respect and honor, Abby Brown, Vice principal of Bombay Scottish School would like to request a remission of delay fine for the late comers as their reasons were very genuine. Harry of class 6, Joanna of class 10, London of class 9 and Faith of class 5 were late for the opening of the school.
They come from the same village, and had booked their bus tickets in advance however there had been a serious landslide in their area causing road blockage for 3 days. This very landslide caused 3 deaths with 13 injured. Therefore, they had to re book their seats for the bus and had no other plan B. I, therefore, implore you to excuse them by requesting a remission of delay fine.
We, therefore, kindly request you to grant me this leave for which we shall remain ever grateful.
