Sub: Application for early leave
Sir,
With all due respect and honor, I, London A, an English teacher, would like to state that I would like to request an early leave today because of my 6-year-old daughter who is not feeling well. She has been sick for the past few days and has been under good care.
My parents are also here and we have all been taking turns looking after her. However, I have gotten a phone call that my mother’s older sister has been admitted to the hospital and therefore she has to leave immediately.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me this application for which I shall remain ever grateful.
