I’m writing to let you know that my name is Radha Shyam and I have a savings account in your branch. My account number is XXXX.
I’m writing to inform you that on 12/12/2022, a transaction of Rs 2000 was debited from my account with transaction ID XXX. I regret to inform you that I did not carry out this transaction in any physical or online form. I’m surprised to say that this could be a fraudulent transaction.
Please halt all payments from my bank account until this issue is resolved and freeze my account for all online and offline transactions.
