Subject – Application for withdrawal
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I am writing this letter to request you to look over my PF withdrawal process. I have attached a copy of my order letter as well as my resignation letter. So that you will know that I am eligible to withdraw my provident fund and all important bank details. I would be so grateful if you could see to it since this has turn out to be an urgent matter.
For more information please contact me through my email. I have provided all documents required to the head assistant and have given my contact details as well. I will be leaving to Mumbai by next month so I kindly request you to look over my pf withdrawal before 1st of August 2023.
All my documents and certificates are attached to my application.
