Subject – Application for the request of lost ID card
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I have lost my ID card during my last week business travel to London in the airport when I was returning back as there was too much rush. I would like to request you for permission to let me apply for a new ID card.
My Id card was numbered as 345 with the lettering Z, with its expiration of next month. I promise to be very careful with my ID card and not lose it again. I would be so very grateful if you could see to it.
