With the utmost respect, I must let you know that this letter concerns the power connection identified by the account number XXXXX. I’m Shashank Karan, and I’m writing to you today about the electricity connection that was put in at Magadi Road.
I want to let you know that the power connection listed above isn’t operating properly. I’m growing concerned because the meter isn’t functioning. I humbly ask that you look into the situation and have the meter checked.
