This is Devika S, a student of your class, 8th B. I am writing this letter to tell you about a competition in which I wish to participate. This is a quiz competition conducted by the State Central Library as part of Literature Day. The competition is for school and college students as well as the general public. The competition will take place at the central library hall on February 23rd, which is next week.
For student registration, we have to submit a copy of our school ID card and a permission letter from the class teacher. This is a big opportunity for all students who have good knowledge of literature and current affairs. The competition’s winners will receive exciting prizes such as world-famous classic book collections.
