I hope this letter finds you in the best of spirits. I am also doing well on this side. I am going to tell you about some rules for good health.
Ever since I joined the university, I have become more and more unhealthy. I have stopped doing any physical exercises and even eating healthily. I have decided to add some health rules to my life. First of all, make a routine. Having a routine is crucial for everyone’s health. Sleeping and waking up on time can set the tone for your entire day. Physical exercise in any form- be it walking, or playing a sport can also improve your health. Food is also an important rule for a healthy lifestyle. It can make you lethargic or energetic based on the type of food you are eating. And lastly, having good mental health is also a rule for good health.
