Respected Sir,
I am writing this letter to request your permission for organizing a farewell party for our seniors who are passing out this year. The farewell party will be held on 26/11/2023 at multipurpose hall. The event will be organized by the students of the 2nd Semester, with the support of the faculty and staff of our college. The party will include various cultural performances, speeches by students and teachers, and a dinner.
