Subject:- Leave due to health issue.
Respected Sir,
I hope this letter finds you in best of health. Most humbly and respectfully I am writing this leave letter to tell you that from the past one week, I have been suffering from abdominal pain. I have also consulted the doctor and he has diagnosed it as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). It is an abdominal disorder that causes a person to experience intense bowel movement and sometimes constipation. Due to this issue, I am unable to work with ease in the office. I have also secured an appointment with one of the best doctors in town. Please allow me to take a week off so that I can deal with this issue in the best possible way. Meanwhile, I shall also be working on my assignments from home remotely as to ensure no possible void in our woring framework.
