I’m Dhanya F from your class 8th A. I am writing this letter to let you know about my illness. Two days ago, I started developing a mild fever and cough. Because COVID is rapidly spreading, I was taken to the hospital and tested for it. My COVID test came back positive. Currently, I am on quarantine and staying at home.
At present, too, my fever and cough have not subsided. I will not be able to attend the online class for three to four days. The doctor recommended complete rest. I kindly request that you grant me a leave from online classes for four days. I will resume attending the class once I am well and healthy. I will make sure to cover all the portions, clear any doubts, on the subjects taught on my days of absence.
