Sir,
I, J Vijay, study in class 9th B in your school. With due respect, I request you to grant me a half-day leave tomorrow on October 21st, 2017 (Saturday). I am suffering from high fever and I will not be able to attend all the classes. I will have to attend school until the third period because I have a class test.
Therefore, kindly allow me to take leave after the interval. My parents will come to pick me up. They will show the parent’s identity card at the reception. I shall be obliged to you.
