With due respect I, Atharv Malik, a student of class X-D of your school would like to explain that I have an appointment with an eye specialist in Mathura on 8th October 2023.
I have to go for this regular eye checkup every 6 months because of cataracts I had in the past. Kindly grant me two days’ leave for the same. I will be grateful to you.
