Subject: Application for the shortage of attendance
Sir,
I, Niyas Ahmed, a student of Bachelor of English, Semester IV write this application to state that I am falling short of attendance for this semester. My attendance is 48.8 at the end of September which is below 50%.
Sir, I met with an accident and got my right foot fractured. I was advised not to put strain on the foot for three weeks. I request you to kindly consider my health issue and grant me attendance for three weeks. I have attached my medical certificate. I promise to be regular from now onwards.
