Respected Madam,
I am a student of class 8 B of your prestigious school. I write to you as the sports captain of the school. I would like the school to have an entire week dedicated to sports instead of just one day.
We have over 15 different types of sports, indoors and outdoors that the students compete for. It does not do much justice to the games if they are all on the same day with limited time slots and little participation. It diminishes the players’ enthusiasm. Also, because of the limited time, many games are conducted simultaneously. This prohibits the students from playing more than one game. Thus, I would like an entire week to celebrate athletics and get more students to participate and enjoy sports.
