Subject: Application for vacation leave
Sir,
I, Twinkle Khanna, class teacher of class 8th B in your school wish to inform you that I will be unable to perform my duty for fifteen days from October 27th to November 12th. I have planned to go on a vacation to Kerala with my family.
The tickets have been booked. It is favorable weather to visit the south side of the country and so I will prefer going at this time. Since the final exams begin in the first week of December, I will be able to complete the remaining syllabus as I will re-join and also have a revision of the entire syllabus too.
Kindly allow my absence for these days mentioned. I ensure that it will not affect my students’ performance.
