Subject: Application for admission cancellation
Madam,
My ward, Mohammad Azharuddin, got himself enrolled in class 9th in your school for the academic year 2019. However, I regret to inform you that we will have to cancel his admission. As we do not live in Hyderabad, my ward would have to stay in the hostel. Now he has got admission in a school which is near to where we live.
Therefore, due to the problem of distance, I would have to let go of this opportunity. With due respect, I call for your kind consideration of my request. I have written an application for the refund of the fee to the Admission Department. I apologize for the inconvenience that we must have caused and thank you for the co-operation in advance.
