Good Morning everyone, Today I am going to share my views on the topic, “Health and physical fitness”.
There is a popular saying that, Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. If we wish to enjoy good health, we should exercise, eat simple food, take rest and have peace of mind.
Regular physical activities and routine exercise is very necessary for the people of all age groups, especially younger generations. Health and fitness brings happiness in life and helps a person to live stress free and disease free life.
Engaging in regular physical activity may produce improvements in an individual’s physical health, cognitive performance, and psychological well-being. Physical benefits include, but are not limited to, reduced risk for diseases, and improvements in physical functioning, fitness, and overall quality of life.
