Good morning my dear friends. Today I am going to share my views on the topic “Exercise”.
Exercise involves engaging in physical activity and increasing the heart rate beyond resting levels. It is an important part of preserving physical and mental health. It helps us in maintaining good health and keeping away from diseases. Many diseases happen due to a lack of physical activity, like heart problems, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes.
We should do a variety of yoga and physical exercise to stay in good physical and mental health.Walking is simple, yet powerful exercise. Brisk walking, swimming, jogging, cycling, dancing etc are some of the exercises.
Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases. Regular exercising is good for metabolism and it also promotes better sleep. We should also do exercise regularly.
