Good morning everyone present here, today I am going to give a speech on health hazards of junk food. Because every ingredient in junk food is unnecessary, harmful, and wasteful, which is why it is called junk food. These ingredients include oil, trans fats rather than healthy omega fats, sugar, fats, and calories, as well as little to no protein and fiber. The endorsement is quite appealing even with all the flaws. On the streets, junk food, primarily fast food, is widely accessible. Due to the affordable price and the fact that it is very delicious, even children can purchase it without any problems.
We discover the nutrients that must be consumed for a healthy body, and the food pyramid makes it abundantly evident that we should consume fewer of all the nutrients that are highly concentrated in fast food. Yet these deceptive commercials for hamburgers, biryanis, pizzas, spaghetti, chips, and noodles continue to deceive us. The issue with all of this is not that it is accessible or readily available; rather, it is how frequently people choose to eat such unhealthy food rather than good, prepared, and fine meals.
We hold the power to either ruin or preserve our health, giving us the opportunity to live a long and healthy life. Let’s all make this decision now rather than later to avoid regretting it later in life when we develop diabetes, obesity, depression, heart disease, or high cholesterol. The moment to make healthy decisions has come, therefore let’s make a commitment to do so by avoiding items that are bad for our bodies and health. Thank you.
