A very good morning to one and all present here. Today, I will be giving a short speech on the topic of ‘Watch’.
‘Watch’ is a word with multiple meanings, including observing or safeguarding or looking out for someone or something. However, I will be focusing on the conventional meaning of the word, which Google defines to be “a small timepiece worn typically on a strap on one’s wrist.”
Wikipedia further sheds light on this. It states as follows: “A watch is a portable timepiece intended to be carried or worn by a person. It is designed to keep a consistent movement despite the motions caused by the person’s activities.”
There are several types of watches, some of which namely are Analog Watches, Digital Watches, Smart Watches, Dress Watches, Quartz Watches, Field Watches, Chronograph Watches, Swiss Watches, Pilots Watches, Tactile Watches, Casual Watches, and Luxury Watches. These again are differentiated by their gender. Men and women have fashion in watches as well.
Popular watch brands include Fastrack, Rolex, and Apple.
