A very good morning to one and all present here. Today, I will be giving a short speech on the topic of ‘Personality Development.’
Wikipedia defines the term to be as follows: “Personality development encompasses the dynamic construction and deconstruction of integrative characteristics that distinguish an individual in terms of interpersonal behavioural traits. Personality development is ever-changing and subject to contextual factors and life-altering experiences.”
Simply put, personality development refers to the behaviour patterns emerging in an individual’s life with time as they grow older and older. It also involves their transforming thoughts and attitudes that will keep shifting over the course of time.
Broadly, personality development can at the very least be classified into 4 different categories. They are average, reserved, self-centred and role model. As we can clearly see, a majority of the people can be seen to be falling under one or the other of these given divisions.
One must strive to develop and improve their personality in a positive way.
