A very good morning to one and all present here. Today, I will be giving a short speech on the topic of my favourite sport.
My favourite sport is cricket. I love everything about it! Initially, it was only my dad’s favourite sport but it quickly became mine as well.
I love the fact that cricket is a team sport. The team spirit and camaraderie displayed by members of each and every team that plays cricket is a joy to behold! To watch the teams play in synchrony is satisfying indeed.
Cricket is the national sport of England. That does not stop India as a whole celebrate the sport across the nation and actively being involved in the matches played by the Indian team. That is why the victory of India against its opponent is celebrated all over India almost as if it were a festival!
Why, cricketers are now celebrities whom I love to watch outside the match as well! Yes, I love cricket, my favourite sport.
