Good morning to one and all present here. Today, I’ll be giving a short speech on the topic ‘healthy food’.
In this fast-moving world, we are becoming increasingly addicted to fast food, which is extremely dangerous for the body. Thus, no matter how difficult it is, we must learn to stick to healthy food and remain fit.
Green leafy vegetables are perhaps, the most obvious examples of healthy food that are good for the body.
In fact, vegetables, as a whole, fall under the category of healthy! Fruits too are nutritious with each fruit consisting of its own healthy share of vitamins and minerals. Dairy products such as butter, cheese, cream, curd, and yoghurt are rich in fat and are essential for the body. However, care must be taken to consume them judiciously. Eggs are also filled with protein. So are cereals and nuts.
Meat, again, should be consumed with care as they are rich in fat. Red meat and seafood, however, are healthy.
