1 Minute Speech on Bhagat Singh

Respected Principal, teachers and my dear friends, a wonderful morning to all of you. Today on this special occasion, I would like to speak some words on the topic- Bhagat Singh.

Bhagat Singh was born on 27th September, 1907, in Punjab. The young revolutionary shot a British police officer to take revenge for the death of the great freedom fighter Lala Lajpat Rai. Although he shot the wrong officer, his courage and charisma transformed him into a hero for the people of Punjab and India.

He was later hanged by the British, but his sacrifice continued to inspire people throughout the freedom struggle, and his name is honoured to this day. Bhagat Singh is a perfect embodiment of the fiery determination of the Indian youth during the fight for freedom.

So, we must always remember to thank this great man for the freedom that we enjoy today! Thank you for listening to me so attentively.
