I hope this email finds you well. I’ve been thinking about you a lot lately and I wanted to reach out and check in with you.
I know that you’re a hard worker and you always give your best effort in everything you do. I have no doubt that you’ll do well in whatever you set your mind to. But I also know that it’s important to take care of yourself and not push yourself too hard.
