Subject: Email to your uncle telling him on your future plan of studies
Dear Uncle,
Uncle, you asked about the profession I plan to pursue after I finish my studies in your letter. I value your interest in me and my future. I’ve found that teaching is the profession that best suits my interests after giving it some serious thought.
Uncle, you are aware that I lack the skills required for a job that would only bring in money. I don’t want to be a lawyer, engineer, or businessman because of this. A doctor’s work is definitely honourable, but he is always surrounded by others who are in pain.
The other hand, actually builds a nation. He helps young, impressionable people develop their character. However, even teachers these days are compensated well and have numerous perks like LTC, PF, gratuities, pensions, and free medical assistance. They have plenty of time for leisure activities and self-study. For this reason, I want to be a teacher, and I’m asking for your kind support in doing so.
