Subject: Recommending an Interesting Book
Dear Rima,
Take my love and affection. I hope you are hale and hearty by the grace of God. I�m also well by his blessings. In your last letter you had told me that you love to read, and that you are trying to get interesting book recommendations from all your friends to curate your reading list for next year. So, today I want to tell you about a book that I recently read that really touched me. I really hope that you read it as well!
As you know, I love to read. Reading has been my favourite hobby since I was a child. I try to read as much as I can. It thrills me to read books that move my heart and leave a lasting impact. I read such a book a few weeks ago and it made a huge impression on me. This book is The Waiting Years by Fumiko Enchi, a prolific female writer from Japan.
I really love reading books by Japanese authors, and this had been on my reading list for a while and I was glad to finally be able to read it. It is a tale of the women in a family, oppressed by their circumstances in life but each resilient and strong in their own way. Sadly, I was unable to find a physical copy of the book and had to read it online. However, I will be glad to share the link with you if you need it!
