Subject– Wishing you good luck for exams.
Dear Sameer,
Hello. How are you? I hope this email finds you healthy and happy. By God’s grace I am also well. All the very best for the upcoming exams. I hope you utilised this study break wisely and are prepared. The papers will be very easy if you have studied properly. I took this break seriously and prepared a proper schedule to study. My mother is very strict about discipline and studies.
She helped me a great deal in preparing myself for the exams. She told me a few things of wisdom and I will share them with you. I was very stressed before the break began and so she told me that these exams are important but I must not exert so much pressure on myself, this negative stress will undermine my performance and ability to learn. She made sure that I ate on time and took breaks in between study sessions.
A balanced time table is the best way to study. Study for a few hours and then take a break. Go out, sit with your family, talk to someone, relax and take a nap. Avoid using too much phone and watching television and give your eyes some much needed rest. If you have any doubts or require any notes you can always ask me.
All the very best and do well. God bless you.
Yours lovingly,
Jai U
