Subject: An Interesting Class
Dear Rima,
Take my love and affection. I hope you are hale and hearty by the grace of God. I�m also well by his blessings. In your last letter you had asked me to talk about any of my classes because you want to know more about the things I am learning. So today, I want to tell you about an interesting class that I recently had! This semester, we had a core course in our college syllabi known as �Literature and the Other Arts.�
In this course we were taught how literature is linked to other art forms such as the theatre, music, dance and painting. One of the modules of this course included graphic novels, since they are the perfect fusion of literature and painting. We finally had these classes on graphic novels last week, and they were the most interesting classes I have had in a while! The professor prescribed a few graphic novels to us, including The Watchmen and Sandman, and explained everything to us in a very engaging and fun way!
We all had a lot of fun reading our favourite comics and understanding their critical merits in these classes! I got to know a lot about storytelling and storyboarding in comics through these classes, and also grew a deeper appreciation for graphic novels. I am very excited to do my term paper on this module as well! Do tell me about the kind of classes you are having as well!
