Subject: The Fair at Our Village
Dear Rima,
Take my love and affection. I hope you are hale and hearty by the grace of God. I�m also well by his blessings. In my last letter I told you that there would be a fair at our village soon. It finally happened last week! So today, I want to tell you all about the fair at our village!
Every November there is a fair organised in our village to commemorate the founding of an important temple here. This is a joyous occasion for every villager, full of happiness and celebrations. Different kinds of stalls were set up for the fair, selling all kinds of goods, from toys and jewellery to food and handicrafts. Many rides were also set up for children and adults alike.
Of these, the merry go round was the most popular, and was one of the chief attractions of the fair that every visitor flocked to. The delicious food at the fair included jalebis, samosas, pakoras and many tasty sweets, all of which I greatly enjoyed. People from surrounding towns and villages came to visit our village for the fair as well, and this brought in a lot of trade and new friends for us. I visited the fair with my friends and family and had a great time exploring its myriad attractions! The village fair was truly a memorable event!
